Description

After semantically annotating a composite actor with the Semantic Type Annotation menu, the new semantic annotation doesn't show up in the tag bar - but this does work when semantically annotating a workflow.

Also, if you open a composite actor and tag it with the tagging interface, this tag doesn't show up in the Semantic Annotation menu for the composite - but again this works when operating on a workflow.

This is expected behavior. The tag bar displays all tags on the top-level
workflow. The semantic annotation pane, however, shows and adds tags for exactly the target of the context menu it was invoked from (in this case, the composite actor). So even though a tag is added to the composite, it is not shown in the tag bar. Likewise, adding a tag from the tag bar always adds it to the top-level workflow (This is indicated by the "Tag workflow:" field label). The tag is not, however, on the composite (tags do not propagate), and therefore is not visible in the semantic annotation pane.
