Description

Under Windows Server 2003, I was building the devel tree as per
the instructions at
https://kepler-project.org/developers/reference/kepler-and-eclipse
and I got:

Invalid archive:
src/lib/swing-workers-license.htm
src/lib/ptII.properties.in

I believe the bug is because of an extra space in one line of Eclipse.java. Now (at version 25232) ptII.properties.in, ptII.properties and swing-workers-license.htm will not included in .classpath of ptolemy module.
