Description
The full screen button on the toolbar does nothing and should be removed before the 2.0 release.

I removed the icon in the toolbar and the menu item in the view menu. This can easily be readded by modifying the uiMenuMappings_en.properties file and by removing the code in gui/src/org/kepler/module/util/Initialize.java in the updateFrameComponents() method.
