Hi Laura,
I'm assigning this bug to you because you will either know how to fix it
or know who to assign this one to. In
http://bugzilla.ecoinformatics.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2343
you pointed out that we need a 25x25 Kepler
icon. I hacked one up at
configs/ptolemy/configs/kepler/KeplerSmallIcon.gif
but it is ugly.
BTW - The configuration sets _applicationIcon the a FileParameter.
TableauFrame reads the _applicatonIcon parameter of
the configuration.

Created a new small 25 x 25 icon for title bar as a stop-gap. Laura and I originally talked about using a solid teal box with a white K, but when viewed agains the windows and linux title bars, the teal and the blue looked pretty grim together. I modeled this icon after laura's splash-screen design - with the same colors. It looks better against the title bars, but i still don't love it; however, it's better than what we had, and can be changed in future when we have more time

I'm closing this because we have the icon and it shows up in the
different windows.
