Sometimes the wrong tooltip appears when hovering over a port (the tooltip for the line/relation is displayed instead of the tooltip for the port).
[MB's note: Can't repeat this - can anyone verify it's still a problem, and are there any specific test cases?]

I think this bug refers to the exact placement of the cursor when hovering over a port. If very near the 'point', the tooltip for the line appears, rather than the port. I don't think this is a major problem (user just needs to be careful exactly where he/she is pointing).
