Description

Need to create actors for openModeller Ecological Niche Modeling framework.

Potential actors to be created:

openModeller: Create Model
openModeller: Projection
openModeller: Sample

These actors will replace current GARP actors and correspondent C++ code in
Kepler.

There seems to be no recent call for OpenModeler integration with Kepler and Ricardo has left the project. Thus retiring OpenModeler bugs.
