Description
The repeat button to add more fields is good, but it would be useful to be able
to have the ability to add more than one set of fields at a time. This would be
especially applicable to describing attributes for a large table. Maybe a second
button next to the repeat button (?multiple repeat?) could pull up a screen that
asks how many fields to add?

We need to make a decision on this request. If we agree that it is a good idea,
we should incorporate it into the plans for the Jalama editor work. Matthew and
Dan -- could you talk to Christy about this further and see if she still thinks
it is a good idea. If not, lets close it as WONFIX.
